We offer a reliable association orientated accounting service, including treasury, billing, membership records and credit control. All our event delegate registration processes use online technology, supporting both corporate as well as individual billing.


We are proud of our accounting services and the efficiencies that we can bring to our clients by using systems and processes tailored to the special needs of associations. Our financial information are accurate, up to date and available in real time.  


Event and Committee Administration


Our event management team delivers nearly two hundred events per year, including large conventions, training events, workshops as well as committees and board meetings. Our teams are creative and have all the modern marketing tools that they can wish for at their disposal, backed up by our electronic media expertise.

We work exclusively with association events and respects the roles and contributions of volunteers that give of their time and knowledge, making association events so valuable.


Electronic Media


Our electronic media section now cover not only website management and hosting but also several mass mailing systems, each with unique capabilities to deal with every conceivable client requirement.

Services range from monthly membership statements, to designer electronic newsletters and event notices. We dispatch around one hundred thousand emails per month to client lists. Content includes job advertisements, newsletters, industry notices and event advertisements.


Account Management


To every client we allocate an experienced account manager, who acts as the interface between VdW and the client organisation.

The account manager will attend client management meetings, co-ordinate our services and help clients plan their programmes and budgets. You can use the account executive as the executive director of your organisation.


Offices and Infrastructure


We act as national head office for our client associations and many of our clients also prefer to have their committee meetings in our boardrooms in Randburg. We hold and store records for clients including electronic records and files.
