• Client Assets, Funds, Securities, Membership Directories and Client Documents remain the property of clients of VdW&Co while in our care.
• Membership directories are not sold or made available to third parties without permission from clients.
• VdW&Co do not accept booking commissions and incentives from event venue owners, hotels, catering companies, airlines or similar.
• VdW&Co do not receive any form interest or commission from the banks or other financial services provders that we use to support our clients.
• Clients engage the services of VdW&Co at their own risk.
• Clients engage our services as office bearers and agents, and not as independent contractors.
• Services are provided strictly in terms of our standard terms and conditions obtainable on request.
• Information systems used by VdW&Co in the process of executing its work shall in all cases be and remain the property of VdW&Co.
• Copyright of work produced by VdW&Co shall belong to the client for whom the work was produced for, provided that the account of the client is paid up to date.
• By using the services of VdW&Co, clients undertake not to employ staff of VdW&Co or to make employment offers to VdW&Co staff, while, during or for a period of one year after termination of such a client relationship. (Six months placement fee apply in case of a breach)
