How we operate
A professional team is allocated to each client association. The members of the team, made up of anything from four to ten people, are carefully selected to match the skills requirements of the client. The team leader is the account executive who is responsible for the performance of the team and acts as the main interface with the client’s elected leadership. The account executive is responsible for the success of the association and its operations. We effectively host the association, providing it with all the infrastructure and day to day operational systems required.
